CHARGE OF THEFT FROM COMPANY
(Rec. 11 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 9. Leonard Rowley Bolton Moss, aged 46 was remanded on bail of £IOOO at the Central Court to-day, charged with the theft of £SOO from Hamiltons (Australia and New Zealand) Company. Ltd., of which he was managing director. The chief police .prosecutor said that the defalcations were alleged to be approximately £9OOO. He understood that charges involving more than that amount would be preferred in New Zealand.
