Regret at the death of Major F. A. Roche and sympathy with his relatives. were expressed at the meeting of the council of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce last evening. Professor A. H. Tocker and Messrs L. B. Steven and G. Gibson were welcomed as new members at the meeting of the council of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce last evening. Mr A. O. Heany. secretary of Associated Chambers of Commerce, was also welcomed to the meeting.
