SATISFACTORY FINANCIAL ' STATEMENT

The financial statement of the recent show, presented at a meeting of the general committee of the Peninsula Horse Show and Pastoral Association at Duvauchelle, was considered verysatisfactory. The estimated surplus, after paying prize money (£9B 9s 3d) and accounts f£7o), was about £4O, The statement was adopted and the prize money and accounts passed for payment. It was decided to send letters of thanks to the judges, the Peninsula Saleyards Company, Messrs C. B. Thacker, and M. H. Dunn, for the use of paddocks and yards. The president thanked officials and workers for making the show such a success. Seven new members were elected.
