♦ PRESIDENT QUEZON’S VIEWS , (Rec. 9.25 p.m.) NEW YORK Nov. 27. “Strategically the, war is already won,” said the President of the Philippines (Dr. Manuel Quezon) to reporters after a conference with the Secretary of State (Mr Cordell Hull). "Hitler’s Europe is likely to crack very soon," he added. “As for the Japanese, well, I hope to be back in the Philippines at the end of next year.”
