Diamond Harbour-Piifan.—Mrs'J Hunter presided at the monthly-meeting of the Diamond Harbour-Purau branch of the Women’s Division of the Farmers Union. Mrs E. Maxwell read a lecture on nutrition. Hostesses were Mesdames A. Jackson, R. Kempthorn, and W, Agar. Competitions for best arrangement of roses, best bloom, and Christmas gifts, were held.
