CHANGE IN JAPANESE NAVAL COMMANDS

(Special Australian Corresp., N.Z.PA.) SYDNEY, Nov. 17. It has been announced by the Tokyo radio that Admiral Mineichi Koga has been transferred from Chinese waters to an undisclosed area. Admiral Noburu Yoshida now commands in Chinese waters. Both American and Australian observers feel that this change in the Japanese naval command may not be unrelated to the outcome of the second round of Ahe battle for the Solomons. 4
