“NEVER FRIGHTFULNESS LIKE IT” (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 27. The “New York Times,” commenting on the report that Nazi executions have reached the almost incredible figure of 207,373, says “There has never been frightfulness like it in history. The Nazi massacres are carried out in passionless discipline. They never cease. “For the first time one nation is attempting deliberately to decimate the population of the Continent.
