SUCCESSOR TO PREBENDARY CARLILE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 28. Advice has been received by the Church Army authorities that the Rev. R. H. Treacher, rector of Hanley at Stoke-on-Trent, has-been appointed to succeed the Rev. Prebendary Wilson Carlile, who died recently, as general secretary of the Church Army.
