TECHNICAL AMATEUR CLUB The Technical Amateur Cycling Club’s competition lor an unpaced time trial over a two miles and a hall course' was won by E. A. McKaskell. His time was 6min 14sec. McKaskell beat the previous lastest time by over Ssec. The junior button is held by G. Lyell, who covered the course in 6min 22sec. CANTERBURY CASH CLUB A 24-mile race conducted by the Canterbury Cash Cycling Club at Brighton on Saturday was won by A. Drake off the IVzmln mark- Drake also recorded lastest time in SSmin Ssec. Results:— A. Drake (Ufcmin) 1, R, Sutherland (IVatnin) 2, I. Sutherland (3min), 3, H. Sutherland (6min) 4, J. H. Newlove (scr) 5, A. Howison (scr) 6. AVON CLUB J. J. Guthrie won the Avon Amateur Cycling Club’s 37-mile road race held at Harewood on Saturday afternoon. Guthrie rode a good race throughout and caught his co-markers, taking the lead with sbf miles to go. Fastest time went to W, J. Bowden, the only scratch marker, who put up a good performance to finish in fourth place. Results were:—J. J. Guthrie (7mln), Ihr 40min SSsec, 1; R. Hall (12min), Ihr 45mln 55 1-Ssee, 2; A. R.
