Waimate Water Supply.— The pipes for the borough water improvement scheme have arrived in Waimate, and members of the council’s permanent staff are now engaged in carting and laying the pipes out along the course on which they will be laid. The work of putting in the new pipe line will be carried out principally by the borough staff. -
