STUDENTS CALLED FOR SERVICE
OPPORTUNITY TO SIT FOR . EXAMINATIONS > (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Sept. 25. So that matriculation students who are called up for military service may have the opportunity to sit examinations, appeal boards have been recommended to grant postponement of mobilisation, This was announced tonight by the Minister of National Service (the Hon. W. J. Eroadfoot). Notice of appeal on the grounds of undue hardship must be lodged by the student, and the appeal must be supported by a certificate from the principal of his college to the effect that the student is studying full lime for matriculation, and has reasonable prospects of success.
