Advice has been received that on the occasion of the King’s Birthday His Majesty has approved the award of the Distinguished Service Cross to Tem-porary-Lieutenant Malcolm Campbell iWaylen, R.N.V.R. An Admiralty fleet •rder which has just been received States that the award is for outstanding leal, patience, and cheerfulness, and lor never failing to set an example of Whole-hearted devotion to duty.
