N.Z. Manufacturers’ Conference.— The annual conference of the New Zaaland Manufacturers’ Federation will be held at Christchurch this year, on November 3 and 4. It was reported to the council of the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association last evening that the conference would be conducted on similar lines to those of previous years, and that remits and nominations had to reach the Wellington office by October 16.
