Sir Charles Norwood, who has undergone a serious illness, is now recuperating at Masterton. At a meeting of the Wellington Free Ambulance Board it was decided to send Sir Charles a message of regret at his illness. expressing the hope that he woujd soon be restored to health. Mr W. C. Barry, director of the Livestock Division. of the Department of Agriculture, is Visiting Dunedin, Mr P. J. O’Hara, superintendent of police at Dunedin, resumed duty on Saturday after lour months’ leave.
