WESTERN ELECTRIC HEARING AIDS A tribute to the usefulness of this well-known Audiphone in war work is illustrated in the following letter by a young lady user: “Have had a lot of satisfaction with my hearing aid this past year, as I was able to attend the W.W.S.A. rallies, physical drill, and military drill classes and able to hear instructions even when in the last row of the class; also I was able to attend St. John’s First Aid Class in connexion with the W.W.S.A., and was fortunate enough to pass with honours and to come tie top of the class with another member. This year I am attending hygiene and home nursing classes, which I could not attend if 1 did not have my aid. In fact, last week at the class I was able to hear the whole of the lecture, and some of the class found great difficulty in following the lecture.” This proves that defective hearing is not such a disability with a “Western Electric” Audiphone Stocks now on hand.
