Interested.—An officer at Southern District Headquarters says that if a soldier is on leave for a limited period for farm work he is still a soldier, entitled to wear his uniform and to accept the privileges of a soldier. 10 give a fuller reply to the question, it is necessary to have more details. What occasions are meant and what privileges? Is the man referred to a seasonal worker; i.e., called for - three months only? Sartor.—(i) Involves an improper reflection on public tribunals: (ii) apart from that, not over a pen-name.
