The net profit was £3294 13s. compared with £4lB 19s the preceding year. A dividend was paid in Mav, 1942, involving a distribution of £2916. Associated Gold Dredges.—The return for the week p-rler) 164'/aoz from 68.600 yards. Ngahere Gold Dredging. Ltd.—The return for the half-month ending Septemher 15. was 2210z from 102,989 yards worked in 240 hour*.
