BREMEN HEAVILY BOMBED

Attack by Strong British Force MORE RUSSIAN RAIDS (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright.) (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 14. Last night’s Royal Air Force’s attacks on Germany were carried out by a very strong force of bombers. The attacks were on north-west Germany, and Bremen, tbe main objective, was heavily bombed. The Germans admit damage in the north-west coastal area, caused by high explosive and incendiary bombs. Though there is no official report from Moscow, the Germans admit damage by raids on eastern Germany. There are also signs that Hungary has had its third night of Russian raids. The Budapest radio went off the air and came on later to broadcast A.R.P. messages. Britain had another raid-free night.
