OBITUARY
* MR J. L. GILMOUR (P.A.) WAIHI, September 12. Zbe death has occurred of Mr James Ypng Gilmour. superintendent of the Martha Gold Mining Company (Waihi), Ltd., for some years and mine manager since 1903. He was 66 years of age. Mr Gilmour took over the position on’ the retirement of his father, the late Mr Thomas Gilmour, who was the second Mayor of Waihi. Mr Gilmour was a member of the board of examiners to the Mines Department. is.survived by his daughter. Miss ■ftgreen Gilmour.
