TRANSPORT ‘CONTROL EMERGENCY I REGULATIONS, 1942. A GOODS TRANSPORT CONTROL COMMITTEE HAS BEEN CONSTITUTED under the above regulations for the Goods District described below. It is therefore now illegal for any Person Subject however to any direction’s general or Special given by the Committee to carry any goods by Motor Vehicles for Hire or Reward within the Rangiora Goods Control District without the permission of the Committee. , The Committee has decided and directed that for the present, all persons affected by the Regulations be permitted to carry on operations as heretofore until the end of the current month, ■ September 30th, 1942. This direction also applies to ancillary users in regard to Livestock.
