——* PROPOSAL BY N.Z.R.S.A. (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. In view of the expense involved in obtaining probate or letters of administration, the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association states that It has again asked that any pay or allowance to the credit of a dead serviceman be paid to the administrator without probate in all cases where the amount involved does not exceed £2OO, providing there is no other estate. At present the amount that may be paid out without probate or letters of administration is limited to £IOO.
