Tozer, the two climbers who were re P°r*®f missing yesterday in the Cass Valley regionf about 20 miles north-west of Tekapo. The search was continued to-day, local runholders and members of the South Canterbury Alpine Club taking part. , ... „ Hopes had been entertained that a search by aeroplane might have been carried out to-day, but weather conditions have made this impossible. For the last 30 hours snow has been falling on the mountain tops. To-night the weather was reported to be clearing and freezing. Parties of soldiers and Public Works employees who participated in an earlier search were not among the searchers to-day.
