She's a Cobber of Hitler— She's Wasting Paper! Your proudest boast —I am not a C.OJI (Cobber of Hitler)
Whenever you burn or waste paper you are acting like a Cobber of Hitler: It is everybody’s duty to save every scrap of paper, for the need is vital. Every square inch of paper and cardboard must be salvaged if New Zealand is to have sufficient paper to carry on with during the war period. SAVE EVERY SCRAP of USED PAPER AND CARDBOARD All paper and cardboard, except greaseproof, carbon, cellophane and waxed paper must be reclaimed for reprocessing. Organise the collection in your own home, shop or office. Newspapers, magazines, wrappers, old books, cigarette cartons, ete., are all needed. REMEMBER—ALL PROCEEDS OF PAPER RECLAMATION €0 TO THE PATRIOTIC FUNDS FOR COMFORTS FOR THE FIOHTINO FORCES. All Enquiries to *Phone 31-322.
Leave your paper at Reclamation Board’s Depot in Tnam Street (opposite High Street Post Office), or in the special bin in Cathedral Square (near Godley Statue), or at any Suburban Depot EVERY PRIMARY SCHOOL A DEPOT POR USED PAPER Special arrangements have been made with the Primary Schools throughout Canterbury to act as depots for used paper and cardboard, so if more convenient, give your used paper and cardboard to the school children. And please keep the paper dry. If you don’t save waste paper—there’ll soon be none to waste.
