MR KYLE PRAISES E.P.S. LAW SECTION

[From Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, June 25, Praise for the work of police officers and constables in organising the Law and Order Sections of the Emergency Precautions Services was given in the House of Representatives to-night by Mr H. S S Kyle (Opposition, Riccartoh). when the police estimates were being considered. , The Minister .n Charge of Police (the Hon. P. C. Webb) remarked that the police force throughout the Dominion was always willing to lend its hand to anything for the public good.

Mr Kyle said the police, especially in the Cahterbury area, were doing good work in the Emergency Precautions Services. The Law and Order Section was looked upon as one of the most efficient sections of the whole organisation in Riccarton. A constable had built up a large organisation.
