* LONDON, June 24,

Plans for a conference with representatives of the Dominions’ trade unions, to unify' views on war-time problems and also to evolve machinery for closer co-operation, were reported to the General Council of the Trades Union Congress, to-day. The council discussed closer collaboration among the Labour movements of England, America, and Russia.
