TOURIST HOTELS CLOSING
SYDNEY, June 25. Two State Government-owned tourist hotels—the Hotel Kosciusko and the Charlotte’s Pass Chalet—are closing for the duration of the war. They are being shut down because of the Federal Government’s demands for the conservation of transport and manpower, A third Government tourist hotel threatened with closure is Jenolan Caves House.
