KHARKOV FRONT LONDON, June 18The Moscow mid-day communique, in addition tp saying that no material changes occurred anywhere oh the front . last night, adds that ttye- Russians repulsed a German atteippt to cross a strategically important river on the Kharkov front and wiped out 1500 Germans.
