Mr J, L. Hay has been re-elected chairman of the Combined Orphanages Appeal Committee for the eleventh year in succession, Mr A. J. McEldow,ney has been elected honorary secretary in the place of Mr A. G. S. Gibbs, who is with the Army; Mr Herbert Chapman has been re-elected treasurer.
