CHRISTCHURCH LADIES’ CLUB The L.G.U. medal match played at Shirley yesterday was won in the senior division by Mrs R. H. Tait and In the Junior division Mrs H. H. Wauchop and Miss M. Pearson tied for first place. The following were the best scores:—Seniors: Mrs Talt 85, 13—72; Mrs A. Boon 94, 17— 77; Miss E. White-Parsons 88, 10—78; Mrs D. McLean 90, 10—80; Miss Z. Hudson 84, 4—Bo. Juniors: Mrs Wauchop 109, SITS; Miss Pearson 100, 22—78; Mrs C. M. Kavanagh 100, 21—79; Mrs J. Middleton 104, 22—82; Mrs K. Gresson 102, 19—83. CHRISTCHURCH GOLF CLUB. Owing to the Military Parade for United Nations Day being held on Saturday next the Committee has decided to postpone the playing of the G. E. Rhodes Flag Match (Mixed Foursome Stroke) until Saturday, June 20th. —6
