PATROL CLASHES IN ‘ LIBYA LONDON, March 11. j To-day’s Cairo communique says that British fighting patrols were again active throughout yesterday, and a series of engagements resulted. In spite of ( the strength of the enemy pat- r rols encountered, including some tanks, they were in all cases ; compelled to withdraw. Aircraft supported the British operations. , THE FRENCH FLEET LONDON,. March 11. ; In view of recent rumours : about the French fleet, it was stated in London to-day that there is no information that Germany will take it over, A German broadcast said that Admiral Darlan would shortly review French-naval forces at Toulon. ,
