February 27, 1942. [The Mayor and Chief Warden (Mr H. Andrews) stated that some of V, ; 1,-.the suburban local authorities had '•pE.P.S. schemes of their own, and in ,S/‘the earlier stages there had been a lack :p'!of co-ordination among them and the jf-'metropolitan organisation.
