Martin Joseph, Darby, a photographer’s assistant, aged 39 years, of 55 Bishop street, was fined 20s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment, on a charge of drunkenness. Also charged with drunkenness, Henry Joseph Huggard, a farm-hand, aged 67 years, of Mount Somers, was fined 10s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment.
