Spain’s present condition and the Falange’s achievements did not justify the loss of so many Spanish lives m the civil war and among the Blue Division on the Russian front said the secretary of the Falangist Party (Senor Jose Arrese) in a speech. ‘•The Falange must bear the blame for failure to achieve better results he said. "The civil war and the would war are admittedly obstacles -in the Faiange’s path toward better conditions. but I do not believe anybody is capable of using them to justify the lack of results."
