OPPOSITION TO IL DUCE
LEAFLETS SPREAD IN ITALY (Received January 11, 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, January 10. Leaflets in which the people are being told of the formation of a committee of action representing all Italians opposed to the present regime are being distributed throughout Italy, according to an announcement by the Italian freedom radio. The committee aims at the denunciation of the pact with Germany, peace talks, the withdrawal of Italian troops from the Russian front, and the liberation of Italy from the German yoke and Mussolini’s rule.
