QUALITY OF FLOUR
* JUDGES EXPLAIN REMARKS “CONCERNED WITH SHOW POINTS ONLY” (P.A.) NELSON, November 25. Commenting on statements arising from their remarks on the New Zealand , championship bread competition at the Nelson Show, the judges saijl that they were not concerned with the question of nutritive value, but only with show' points, such as the general appearance, colour and texture of the loaves. All the exhibits received full marks for flavour.
