bbribh tank losses LONDON, November 23. Estimates of British tank losses comprise the majority of the German apd Italian communiques on the fighting in Libya. The latest estimate is that of the German Official News Agency, which says that the British losses were well over 300. Statements from Cairo admit that British tank losses are heavy, but it is pointed out that if the German reckoning is followed the enemy losses must be at least 900 or more, JAPAN AND RUSSIA TOKYO, November 22. The newspaper “Kokumin” says that Japan might be forced lo denounce the Russo-Japanese Neutrality Pact and take firm measures in the event of Russia continuing her quibbling and procrastinating tactics regarding the Japanese protest about the sinking of the steamer Kehi Maru.
