PATRIOTIC FUNDS

£1,000,000 ALREADY SPENT (PA.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. “In round figures, a sum of nearly £2,500,000 has been raised by voluntary effort. E Parry), in referring to features ot the patriotic effort, at the opening of the national conference of patriotic Varry said that not all the funds raised had been spent yet; but more than £1,000,000 had been spent. The ultimate destination of every penny still in hand, and of all moneys yet to be collected, had been clearly visualised. __________.
