«ck of War.—The Polish Government in B London signed an. agreement with Russia on July 30, 1941 (see “The press,” August 1), invalidating the Soviet-German treaties of 1939 as to territorial changes in Poland. The agreement • provided, among other things, for the two governments to render one another aid and support of ail kinds in the war against Hitler's Germany.
