SHIPPING NOTES The Port Whangarei was due hei4 last night from Wellington, and is to load tqday for Waikato. The Waiplata is due here to-day from Auckland and Wellington, and is to sail for Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. The Breeze, is due here on Tuesday from Timaru, and Is to load for Wellington and Wanganui. Steamer Express Service The Tamahine will arrive at Lyttelton this morning in the steamer express service, in place of the Maori, and the Maori is to arrive to-morrow morning. Under ordinary weather conditions the Tamahine should arrive at Lyttelton about 7.30 a.m. on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The Maori will be the vessel on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Both vessels will- leave Wellington at 7.15 p.m. and Lyttelton on the arrival of the 7.10 p.m. steamer train from Christchurch. The Invercargill express will not connect with either, vessel.
