(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Junt 7. Air Headquarters confirms the announcement that the D.F.C. has been awarded to Flying Officer George Ernest Weston. Flying Officer Weston was born at Peterborough, England, and educated at the Waitaki Boys’ High School and Lawrence District High School. Before his appointment to a short service commission, he was employed by the Public Works Department in Wellington. His next-of-kin to Mr G. Weston, Lawrence.
