Weather cloudy and misty at first, possibly with scattered drizzle, but improving from the south. Temperatures rather milder. Seas moderate, with an easterly swell. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island isl— Moderate to fresh easterly to northerly winds. Weather cwndy in the north, with scattered light fain or. drlszle,. otherwise fair. Moderate temperature*. Moderate leas. DOMINION The Dominion forecast Is— Weather fair in South Westland tad Southland, and later in Otago and Aoath Canterbury.
