Wellington, and dealing with the 24 hours following the time of issue, is as follows; Light to moderate winds from an easterly quarter. Weather cloudy and in places misty, with drizzle on the coast. Temperatures cool to moderate. Seas slight. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is:— Moderate winds from an easterly quarter. Weather cloudy at times, with scattered drizzle later. Temperatures moderate. Seas slight to moderate. DOMINION The Dominion forecast is:— Weather fair at first in western districts of the South Island; otherwise cloudy and at times misty, with scattered drizzle over the northern half of the North Island, and extending southward to northern portions of the South Island. Temperatures cool to moderate. Wands—Easterly directions predominating, fresh at times over the northern half of the North Island. Otherwise moderate. Seas (New Zealand waters)— Rather rough at times north of East Cape, otherwise slight or moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea —Fresh northeasterly winds, and rather rough seas in the northern portion.
