DOMINION The Dominion forecast is:— Weather fair at first in western districts of the South Island; otherwise cloudy and at times misty, with scattered drizzle over the northern half of the North Island, and extending southward to northern portions of the South Island. Temperatures cool to moderate. Wands—Easterly directions predominating, fresh at times over the northern half of the North Island. Otherwise moderate.
