NATIONAL PARTY AT MAYFIELD
The annual meeting of the Mayfield women’s branch of the National Party was. held in the lodge rooms, with Mrs D. J. Morrow presiding over a large attendance. Mrs J. Acland, of Pasl Forest, spoke on the organisation of the party and personalities. Delegates were appointed to the Temuka Electorate Committee. Mrs . Morrow was re-elected president, and Mrs T, .Taylor re-elected secretary and treasurer. Mesdames J. J. Mulligan and L. R. Harrison were elected vice-presi-dent*,
