A man, believed to be E. L. BaWP. ton, Poulson street, was admitted to Christchurch Public Hospital at 5.9 Un. evening in an unconscious condltioa'. He had been knocked off his btcyci* by a motor-car at Church corpw, Riccarton, suffering severe head W juries. His condition last night was ported to be serious. :
