CASUALTY LIST
AIRMAN BELIEVED KILLED IN ACTION (P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 2. The following casualties were reported to-night:— Sergeant Glazer, Royal New Zealand Air Force, previously reported missing, now reported by the International Red Cross to be missing, believed killed in action. The next-of-kin is Mrs I. Glazer, 15 Lindum terrace, Oriental Bay, Wellington. Sergeant Glazer was born at Wellington and educated at Wellington College. Flight Lieutenant Charles Ewen Winders Evison, Royal Air Force, previously reported a prisoner of war, now reported safe and interned in Portugal. His brother is Mr J. C. Evison. Flight Lieutenant Evison was educated at Ashburton High School before his selection for a short service commission in the Royal Air Force. He was employed in the Lands and Survey Department at Blenheim. He left New Zealand in December, 1937, to begin service with the Royal Air Force. Private Hugh McCarthy, died of sickness. His wife is Mrs P. McCarthy, 149 John street, Ponsonby, Auckland. t
