Mr Johann EangeU, governor of the Finnish Bank, has formed a Government in which the proFascist Patriotic People’s Movement, led by Mr V; Annala, is represented for the flzst time. AUSTRALIAN NAVAL ATTACHE TO DA SYDNEY, January 5. The appointment of Commander H. M. Burrell as Naval Attache at the Australian Legation in Washington is announced by the Minister for External Affairs (Sir Frederick Stewart). The United States Government in turn has appointed Commander Lewis D. Causey as Naval Attache and Naval Attache for Air to the American Legation at Canberra.
