FINED FOR DRUNKENNESS
William Herbert Vincent, a labourer, aged 66, was fined 20s, in default'4B hours’ imprisonment for drunkenness, when he appeared before Mr E.J-Cj Levvey. S.M., in the Magistrate's Colin yesterday. Sergeant T. Matthews said that Vincent had had 114 previous convictions altogether . /
