“Hemi" complains of persons in Worcester street, near East belt, laying poison for an invalid’s dog, which the dog picked up and from which it died. Thus, “a faithful friend and companion was lost by a depraved, inhumane act." H. C. Warren suggests that all members of the Home Guard who are interested should be handed a medical study book and be instructed in the work of the Medical Corps.
