Gordon Nelson, £3 18s; Clarence Edward Gilmore v. John Radcliffe, £6 10s fid; the Beadle Welding and Engineering Company, Ltd., y. Lange's Mobile Gas Producer, Ltd., £34 2s sd. ORDERS FOR POSSESSION An order for possession of a tenement by January 20, and judgment for £25 10s, was made in favour of John Boyd Compton and Florence Annie Compton against John Jeffrey. An order for possession of a tenement by December 30 was made against Isobel Bates in favour of William Henry Woolridge. A special provision that plaintiff have access for purposes of cultivation was given in the order for possession of a tenement by January 31 in favour of J. Tully against Hugh Emil Erikson. JUDGMENT SUMMONS On a judgment summons. L. Carter was ordered to pay Modern Lingerie, Ltd., £3 9s forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as 10s a week is paid.
