MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at ■*-' a Special Meeting of the Ashley County Council, held on the Ist day of August, 1940, the following Resolution to Abolish Riding Accounts was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a Meeting of the Council to be held at 1.30 P.M. ON THURSDAY, the sth day of SEPTEMBER. 1940. at the Council Office Loburn. RESOLUTION. "That in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 2 of the Counties Amendment Act. 1931, the Ashley County council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as. follows: “That as froth the close Of the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1941, Sections 121. and 131 of the Counties Act, 1920, shall not apply to the Ashley County Council, and that the balances then standing to- the debit or credit of the separate Riding Accounts be transferred to and incorporated in the General Account."
